Do I get a notification when funds are disbursed?

We disburse the fund through different Foreign Exchange (FX) partners. The FX will change depending on which one offer the base rate of your currency.

You will receive an email from receipts@transfermate.com, with the Amount, Payment Reference, and Value Date.

Novatti

You will receive an email from admin@kovena.com, with the Amount, Payment Reference, and Date.

NIUM

You will receive an email from admin@kovena.com, with the Amount, Payment Reference, and Date.

Does the email notification has the SWIFT code?

An MT103 is a standardised SWIFT payment message used specifically for cross border/international wire transfers. It is available once your payment has been dispatched/completed. Because of this, the code is not available at the moment of making the transfer.
