# How to Log Into the Kovena Portal

## This article summarises what to expect when you have been granted access to the Kovena portal and how to use the information to enter the system

When we create the account on our end, the system will automatically send an email to the email address associated with the account with the following details:

**From:** Kovena Pty Ltd  
**Subject:** Welcome to Kovena system

**Username:** YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS  
**Password:** Temporary system-generated password (when they log in for the first time, the system will prompt them to set a new password)
