# Kovena Transaction and Disbursement Reports

Here's how to access your enhanced Transaction and Disbursement Reports:

 

**Here's how to enable access to the system:**

- Wait for confirmation from the Kovena team that your user account has been created.
- Check your inbox for an email from ‘Kovena Pty Ltd’ with the subject ‘Welcome to Kovena system’.
- Follow the instructions in the email to log in to the system, create a new password, and activate two-factor authentication.

**How to navigate the system:**

Here's how to access your **Transaction report** (where you can view all successful and failed transactions):

1. Navigate to **Transactions** from the left-hand side menu under the **Reports** section.
2. If you manage multiple merchants, select the appropriate **merchant name**.
3. Choose the desired **date range** and adjust any other filters as needed.
4. Click **Search** to display the list of transactions based on your criteria.
5. Transaction details will appear, click on the **Reference Number** to view more information.

Here is how to access your **Payout** **report** (where you can view every deposit into your bank account and all transactions associated with each payout):

1. Navigate to **Payouts v2** from the left-hand side menu under the **Reports** section.
2. If you manage multiple merchants, select the relevant **merchant name**.
3. Select the desired **date range** and apply any other necessary filters.
4. Click **Search** to view the payouts within the selected timeframe.
5. To see more details and a breakdown of each payout, click the **arrow** on the left-hand side of the entry.

Here is how to access your **Chargeback report**:

1. Navigate to **Chargebacks** from the left-hand side menu.
2. Adjust the **filters** as needed
3. Click **Search** to generate the results.
4. Review the list of chargebacks, including their **status** and other relevant details.
